What Does an Assistant TV & Film Editor Do?

I’ve combined my love for editing and teaching into educational content for YouTube! I created this entire video from soup to nuts, and I really wish I had an assistant lol. Edited and mixed in Adobe Premiere, color grade in DaVinci Resolve.
